The first step to learning and growing your Roleset is to take the quiz. It is short, about 30 questions. If you take it with a particular focus, or goal or work environment, the results will reflect the role(s) you play most and least often. Or you can take it as you often or usually act and get a broader but also useful snapshot of your role strengths.

It is important to avoid the 'middle' answers. The more you choose decisively, the more separation you will see and the better you can understand your own role strengths (and weaknesses).

Also, try not to overthink the quiz! The goal is to categorize the value of each of the seven roles in your life. This is NOT a quiz. There is not way to 'fail' it. Every role set is as different as the people taking it.

Some people score higher in all categories, some people score lower. Some are more adept at playing different roles, others prefer to stay with their strongest and build on that. The roles are intended to help you achieve your goals, however you want to!
